reservations & cancellation policy

For questions on programs or for any booking issues please contact the Education Department at 458-292-9995 or by email: programs@snco.org.

Reservations are recommended at least one month prior to your requested visit/program date. Reservations can be made up to nine months in advance. If a program or field trip visit is cancelled due to inclement weather, Education staff will work with you to reschedule.

Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory is committed to making sure that all schools and organizations have the opportunity to visit our campus or engage in our educational programming. Financial assistance, including program fee and admission discounts and transportation scholarships are available for qualifying schools and organizations.
